Barrister Muhammad Abdullah

Mr. Muhammad Abdullah is an integral part of Jinnah Law Firm’s Islamabad office, where his practice encompasses a broad range of litigation, corporate, and commercial matters. He plays a key role in assisting the firm’s Partners with legal research, corporate advisory work, drafting legal opinions, and preparing and finalizing documentation for various projects, including due diligence assessments.

With a strong command of the Companies Act, Abdullah has provided legal counsel on matters related to commercial fraud, company insolvency, and the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards. His expertise extends to corporate restructuring, compliance, and regulatory matters, making him a valuable asset to the firm and its clients.

Abdullah holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of London and an LLM in Corporate Law from City, University of London. He further distinguished himself by being called to the Bar of England and Wales as a Barrister-at-Law from Lincoln’s Inn. His academic background also includes in-depth research on maritime law, reflecting his broad legal acumen and analytical approach to complex legal issues.
